I've written 3 illlustrated books about wild food, they're all full of recipes, and stories about the plants. 

Forage is an introduction to 50 common wild plants you can eat, with 150 recipes and stories about the plants histories and uses. 

Buds and Blossoms takes you through a year in the garden, featuring 20 stalwart garden plants which you might no know are edible including magnolia, lilac, peoney, and day lily. Each plant comes with stories about how they ended up in gardens, and a range of recipes, from drinks and preserves,  main courses to floral puddings. 

Wild Drinks does what it says on the (tin) cover  - a year guide to 50 wild plants that can be turned into dlecious drinks, from teas to cordials, ferments, and liqueurs.
