Join me for a day of learning about edible wild plants and how to cook (and eat!)  them at at the inspirational Chapel House Farm over looking The Black Hill in Craswall. Chapel House  is a truly regenerative farm showing how farming and nature thrive together. We’ll be wandering the abundant hedgerows, meadows and woodlands to gather wild food that will add to a feast of produce from the farm. Of course there will be a cocktail of the season to wash the day down with.

Coming from a distance?

it’s worth making a weekend of the course; Chapel House is in the perfect spot to walk the Black Hill along it’s famous Cats Back, or to take a visit to Hay on Wye which is a 15 minute drive away.
Should you want to stay the night, Chapel House  has a beautiful camp site, with tipis and huts to hire - they often hold Pizza nights on Friday evenings featuring wild ingredients & occasional Saturday supper clubs in their barn. (Check their website here for details if how to book accommodation. A short walk down the lane is the historic Bulls Head at Craswall, known for its incredible food &  local artisan drinks . For those of you who want a more luxurious stay, there are also accommodation pods available to hire at the Bulls Head - take a gander at their website here
