Join me for a special half day course to plan out the top wild harvests you should gather in the year ahead. Over a 3 hour session, I'll lead you through the coming months, introducing you to easy to edible wild plants that coms into season through the year.
You'll learn where the plants grow, how to identify them, why they're good for us and how to turn them into delicious food and drinks to make your diet in 2026 wildly delicious.
Location: Little Green Refills ABERGAVENNY (The room we are using is on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, so unfortunately is only suitable for people who can use the stairs)
Time: 10am - 1pm
Hot drinks & cakes are included, you can also order lunch from Little Green Refills cafe (but please be aware, lunch is not included in the ticket price)
