Foraging courses & talks

I  began teaching foraging and wild food cookery courses in 2011, and since then have taught hundreds of people how to eat their weeds. I run foraging days at the beautiful Nantybedd Gardens, a wild forest garden high up in the Gwyne Fawr valley near Abergavenny.

I also offer private walks and workshops where you can book 2 hour foraging walks for up to 12 people, or walks with workshops such as making wild drinks, seasonings and beauty products. Please get in touch if you would like to find out more about prices and availability.
