Foraging courses & talks


Forage Founder, Liz Knight began teaching foraging and wild food cookery courses in 2011, and since then has taught hundreds of people how to eat their weeds. Alongside running her own foraging courses, Liz is the wild food tutor at Humble By Nature in Monmouth, Eckington Manor in Worcestershire, and Brompton Cookery School in Shrewsbury. Liz runs foraging days at the beautiful Nantybedd Gardens, a wild forest garden high up in the Gwyne Fawr valley near Abergavenny. Current dates for 2021 (COVID permitting) are detailed below. If you would like to enquire about availability for a specific date, please contact Liz on hello@foragefinefoods.com. Due to current COVID regulations, it is anticipated that courses will be limited to 5 people, Days run from 10:30 to 3, and cost £95 per person (including a wild lunch and drinks)
Liz also offers private walks and workshops where you can book her for 2 hour foraging walks for up to 5 people, or walks with workshops such as making wild drinks, seasonings and beauty products.
