Wildly Chocolatey Mincemeat
We love Christmas at Forage, we literally spend most year thinking about it, and for months squirrel away treasures to make Wildly Chocolatey Mincemeat. Hazelnuts & damsons turned into purees & a heady vodka, and hogweed seed from the lane outside our kitchen. And then we call upon chocolate to do its magic & stir it all together with plump organic vine fruits (not a hint of peel in sight) - potted mincemeat, just with chocolate...warm your jar, and there you have it, an utterly wild chocolate feast.
