Wild Salsa Verde



A celebration of all that is good in spring our completely delicious sauce is pefect spooned onto potatoesm chicken, pork, cheese, fish, lamb..the list goes on & on. Why is it so good? Because it is crammed full with freshly gathered, hand chopped wild things including: hawthorn, dock, nettles, sorrel, mint, pine, ground elder, dandelion, vetch, pennywort, ox eye daisy, sedum, jack by the hedge, wild garlic, cleavers, & fennel. Literally spring on a spoon.
