I fell in love with the tingling, numbing magic of Szechuan at Otter Farm in Devon. Mark Diacono grows row upon row of Szechuan Peppercorn shrubs & in the next field gorgeous quince trees. These two flavours are incredible together & adding rose petals, I've unashamedly turned his genius into a sherberty jelly.
