Join me on a foraging and wild food cookery half day to discover delicious flavours that are hiding in our borders, hedgerows and weedy areas. We'll look at wild and garden plants, trees, and shrubs - there is a delicious larder out there waiting to be eaten (and drunk)
You'll leave the course with a good knowledge of seasonal wild food, a broad understanding of what you can gather later in the year and a new or renewed enthusiasm to add easy to gather wild food into your day to day cooking.
Courses run from 10:00 until 1pm After spending the morning out in the wild discovering edible plants, learning how to gather sustainably & finding out what is coming into season, you’ll be able to spend the afternoon exploring the beautiful, wild gardens at Nantybedd (there are lots of magical places to picnic here, so pack a basket and make a day of the stunning surroundings).
