Join me on a foraging and wild food cookery day to discover delicious flavours that are hiding in our borders, hedgerows and weedy areas. We'll look at wild and garden plants, trees, and shrubs - there is a delicious larder out there waiting to be eaten (and drunk)
You'll leave the course with a good knowledge of seasonal wild food, a broad understanding of what you can gather later in the year and a new or renewed enthusiasm to add easy to gather wild food into your day to day cooking.
Courses run from 10:30 until 3:00pm After spending the morning out in the wild discovering edible plants, learning how to gather sustainably & finding out what is coming into season, we then turn our foraged food into a delicious meal with wild cocktails. (I can accommodate all dietary requirements - please just ask).
