Fennel & Wild Basil Jelly


Wild basil is the genteel cousin of the basils we’re used to eating, subtle but beautiful it grows in the verges of the foothills of the Black Mountains & adds delicate flavour to fennel flowers. Infused into apple jelly with a twist of salt & pepper, this condiment is crying out to be served with cheeses, meats and even turned into a vinaigrette.
