Crab Apple & Quince mincemeat with The Botanist gin
Is this as good as mincemeat gets? We think it might be. Perfumed cardamom and quince, crab apples, organic vine fruit and lemon zest are laced with a festive glug of homemade sloe gin. One jar goes a long way, in mincepies, layered into an apple strudel or with ice cream, and the delicious syrup makes an ever so nice cocktail.
