Wild Feasts

The trouble knowing a bit about wild food is knowing how incredible it tastes. And when you know how incredible it tastes, you want to share the taste with other people.  I started putting on wild feasts as a way to share the flavour of what I've been gathering & gorging on that season. Expect to be crammed in, to probably have to pass plates, to keep your knife & fork, to ask for more water / wine, oh and to wait a while for your food. But also expect magical flavours (natures talent not mine) informality, amazing music & for your food to have been gathered, prepared, cooked and served with love. Wild love.

We've feasted in orchards, village halls, barns and country houses - there may well be a feast before the year is out, but you'll have to sign up for more information; in the mean time, here is what the morning after looks like...
