Foraging & wild courses

*Between 20th March & 1st April 10 % of all course fees are being donated to raise funds for a 'cuddle cot' at Herford County Hospital, helping parents who have lost their baby spend time with them before they say goodbye.*

Along side wild food foraging & cookery days I also run bespoke courses for chefs, product developers & the drinks industry. I lead private groups & can wild food survey your land. Please do get in touch if you'd like to discuss what I can do for you.

If you join me  for a foraging day, I'll show you  what to gather and more crucially how to turn it into something utterly delicious, my focus is to get you to see plants you probably already know & have in your weedy garden for the food they really are. This year my foraging days are co-hosted with experts in wild booze, beauty products & hedgerow medicine - it's a huge pleasure to work with these inspiring people & I hope you'll join us on our hill to discover how amazing the wild really is!

As well as teaching from our hill in the Black Mountains I also teach at a few special venues in the South West & Midlands - including Humble By Nature in Monmouthshire, Otter Farm in Devon and Brompton Cookery School outside Shrewsbury. These courses are booked via the venues. Vouchers bought on this site cannot be redeemed against courses run by Humble By Nature, Otter Farm or Brompton Cookery School. They CAN be redeemed against courses run directly by forage and wild feasts (indicated with a *)
